How does a gift card work?
You will receive an email once you have placed your order. Your email will contain a unique gift card number. You simply use this number at checkout when prompted to use your gift card.
How do I send a gift card to a friend or family member?
Once you have purchased your gift card, you will receive your email with unique code all you have to do is forward the email on to your friend or family member for them to use. You also have the option to print the gift card or share a QR code.
Can a gift card be used more than once?
Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
How do I check my gift card balance?
Simply email us ([email protected]) and we will be able to share an update on your balance.
Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?
Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.
