OceanSaver “Win A Year’s Supply Of Cleaning Supplies” Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter and data controller is OceanSaver UK Limited (the “Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

2.1. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its associated companies, agents, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion, together with members of their immediate families or households.

2.2. No purchase is necessary to enter.

3. Promotional Period

3.1. The promotion opens at 00:01 (UK time) on 7 August 2026 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 9 August 2026.

3.2. Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

4.1. To receive one entry, entrants must sign up to the OceanSaver email marketing database during the Promotional Period using the competition entry mechanism provided.

4.2. Entrants may receive one additional entry by following @oceansaverdrops on Instagram during the Promotional Period.

4.3. A maximum of two entries per person is permitted: one entry for signing up to the OceanSaver email database and one additional entry for following @oceansaverdrops on Instagram.

4.4. Entries that are incomplete, submitted through automated means, or otherwise do not comply with these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified.

4.5. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that the contact information supplied when entering is accurate and valid.

5. Prize

5.1. There is one prize package available, consisting of:

• A year’s worth of OceanSaver Pearl 5-in-1 Dishwasher Tablets, comprising 150 dishwasher tablets;
• A year’s worth of OceanSaver Non-Bio Laundry Detergent Capsules, comprising 300 laundry capsules; and
• A year’s worth of OceanSaver Antibacterial Cleaning Spray Refills, comprising 24 antibacterial cleaning refills.

5.2. References to a “year’s worth” are promotional descriptions based on the quantities specified above. Individual usage will vary, and the Promoter does not guarantee that the stated quantities will last any particular household for exactly one year.

5.3. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

5.4. In the event that any element of the prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative product or prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.

6.2. The draw will take place on 10 August 2026.

6.3. The winner will be contacted using the email address supplied when entering.

6.4. The winner must respond to the Promoter within 7 days of the date of the winner notification and provide any information reasonably required to verify their eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize.

6.5. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or is otherwise unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

6.6. The Promoter will not be responsible where a winner fails to receive a notification because they provided incorrect contact information or because the notification is directed to a spam or junk folder.

7. Personal Data and Marketing

7.1. Personal data supplied in connection with the promotion will be processed by the Promoter and, where necessary, its service providers for the purposes of administering the promotion, verifying entries, selecting and contacting the winner, and fulfilling the prize.
