OceanSaver “Win a Year’s Supply of OceanSaver” Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

1.1. The promoter and data controller is OceanSaver UK Limited (the “Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its associated companies, agents and anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw, together with members of their immediate families or households.

2.2. No purchase is necessary to enter.

2.3. Internet access and a valid email address are required to enter.

3. Promotional Period

3.1. The Prize Draw opens at 00:01 (UK time) on 23 September 2026 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 31 October 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).

3.2. Reviews submitted outside the Promotional Period will not be eligible for entry into the Prize Draw.

3.3. Any form required to claim an additional entry must also be submitted during the Promotional Period.

4. How to Enter

Standard Entry

4.1. To receive one entry into the Prize Draw, entrants must submit an honest review of OceanSaver via the OceanSaver Judge.me review page during the Promotional Period:

4.2. Each eligible entrant who submits a qualifying Judge.me review will receive one entry into the Prize Draw.

Additional Entries

4.3. Entrants may receive up to two additional entries into the Prize Draw by submitting honest reviews of OceanSaver products on the Morrisons and Waitrose websites during the Promotional Period:

(a) one additional entry for an eligible review submitted on Morrisons; and

(b) one additional entry for an eligible review submitted on Waitrose.

4.4. To claim an additional entry, entrants must complete the Promoter’s designated entry form during the Promotional Period and provide:

(a) a link to the OceanSaver product they reviewed; and

(b) the name used when submitting their review.

4.5. Entrants wishing to claim additional entries for reviews on both Morrisons and Waitrose must provide the required details for each review through the designated entry form.

4.6. The information provided through the form will be used by the Promoter to identify and verify the relevant retailer review. The Promoter may disregard an additional-entry claim where it cannot reasonably verify the corresponding review from the information supplied.

4.7. A maximum of three entries per person is permitted:

(a) one entry for an eligible Judge.me review;

(b) one additional entry for an eligible Morrisons review; and

(c) one additional entry for an eligible Waitrose review.

4.8. Submitting reviews of multiple OceanSaver products on the same retailer website will not result in more than one additional entry for that retailer.

Review Requirements

4.9. Reviews may be positive, negative or neutral. The rating, content or sentiment of a review will have no bearing on an entrant’s eligibility or chances of winning.

4.10. Reviews must reflect the entrant’s genuine experience of OceanSaver and must comply with the applicable terms, policies and review guidelines of the platform on which they are submitted.

4.11. Reviews that are fraudulent, misleading, submitted through automated means or otherwise do not comply with these Terms & Conditions may be excluded from the Prize Draw.

4.12. Entrants must provide a valid email address when entering so that the Promoter can identify and contact the winner.

4.13. No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. Prize

5.1. There is one prize available consisting of a year’s supply of OceanSaver cleaning products, including:

• OceanSaver Pearl Dishwasher Tablets – 200 Dishwasher Tablets.

• OceanSaver Refills – 12 Refills (4 Antibacterial Surface, 4 Bathroom and 4 Kitchen).

• OceanSaver Laundry Capsules – 150 Non Bio Laundry Capsules.

5.2. References to a “year’s supply” are promotional descriptions based on the quantities specified above. Individual and household usage will vary, and the Promoter does not guarantee that the stated quantities will last any particular household for exactly one year.

5.3. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative will be offered.

5.4. If any element of the prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that element with an alternative product or prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.

6.2. Each valid entry will be included separately in the random draw. An eligible entrant may therefore have a maximum of three entries included in the draw: one for an eligible Judge.me review, one for an eligible Morrisons review and one for an eligible Waitrose review.

6.3. The winner will be drawn after the Promotional Period closes and no later than 6 November 2026.

6.4. The winner will be contacted using the email address provided in connection with their entry.

6.5. The winner must respond to the Promoter within 7 days of the date of the winner notification and provide any information reasonably required to verify their eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize.

6.6. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible or is otherwise unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

6.7. The Promoter will not be responsible where a winner fails to receive a notification because they supplied incorrect contact information or because the notification is directed to a spam or junk folder.

7. Personal Data

7.1. Personal data supplied in connection with the Prize Draw will be processed by the Promoter and, where necessary, its service providers for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw, verifying entries, selecting and contacting the winner and fulfilling the prize.

7.2. This may include an entrant’s name, email address, the name used to submit a review, the product link supplied through the additional-entry form and any other information reasonably required to verify an entry.

7.3. Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection law and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

7.4. Personal data collected for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw will not be used for marketing purposes unless the entrant has separately consented to receive marketing communications from OceanSaver.

7.5. Entrants may exercise their applicable data protection rights by contacting the Promoter using the contact details provided in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

8. Reviews and Transparency

8.1. Entry into the Prize Draw is offered in return for submitting an eligible review. The Promoter does not require or encourage entrants to leave a positive review.

8.2. Positive, negative and neutral reviews will be treated equally for the purposes of the Prize Draw.

8.3. The Promoter will not alter an entrant’s chances of winning based on the star rating, content or sentiment of a review.

8.4. Reviews submitted as part of this promotion may be identified or marked as incentivised where required or supported by Judge.me, Morrisons, Waitrose or applicable law, regulation or platform policy.

8.5. Submission of a review does not guarantee that the review will be published or remain published by the relevant review platform or retailer. Provided the Promoter can reasonably verify that the review was genuinely submitted during the Promotional Period and it otherwise satisfies these Terms & Conditions, its subsequent publication status will not affect the entrant’s eligibility for the Prize Draw.

9. General

9.1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and their entries, including the existence and validity of reviews submitted for standard or additional entries, and to disqualify any entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms & Conditions have been breached or that an entry is fraudulent.

9.2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries, reviews or additional-entry forms that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not successfully submitted due to a technical fault, network failure or other circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.

9.3. The Promoter is not responsible for the availability or operation of third-party websites or review platforms, including Judge.me, Morrisons or Waitrose.

9.4. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable, provided that doing so is consistent with applicable law and regulation.

9.5. The Promoter’s decisions regarding the administration of the Prize Draw are final, subject to applicable law.

9.6. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9.7. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

9.8. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the entrant’s part of the United Kingdom, and entrants may bring proceedings in the courts applicable to their place of residence.
